Job Summary
Demonstrate excellent customer service while removing trash and debris from common areas, sweeping curbs and walkways, and cleaning the pool, spa, restrooms, clubhouse, and model units daily. Perform trash-out duties at vacated units, assist with annual unit turnover, and execute move-in/move-out procedures. Clean pool deck and fitness room areas in accordance with manufacturer specifications and code compliance. This full-time role includes a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with nights or weekends required occasionally. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours. One or more years of housekeeping experience is preferred.

- Ability to sit, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in all environments.
- Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.
