Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, nightly rental units, grounds, and parking lots daily. Sweep, mop, vacuum, wash windows, pressure wash surfaces, and clean light fixtures. Assist with janitorial tasks, trash disposal, and maintaining curb appeal. Document work performed in Yardi and support maintenance team with unit turnovers. Operate a golf cart safely to access various parts of the property. Be available for after-hours emergency response and travel to other properties for trainings.
