Job Summary
The Porter is responsible for sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping floors; dusting furniture; emptying and cleaning trash containers; and maintaining restrooms. Additional duties include washing windows, operating mechanized cleaning equipment, and monitoring equipment for repairs. Ideal candidates should be courteous and able to work as part of a team, with a preference for those having previous experience in the porter or janitorial field.

- Ability to work as a team with fellow porters and other staff
- Ability to follow direction from supervisors/managers
