Job Summary
Enhance and maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property by painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, checking and replacing exterior lighting, and removing litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds. Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes; detail the property; assist with various physical tasks, make-ready duties, and storage area maintenance. Distribute resident communications and perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties. This role requires the ability to lift heavy items, reliable transportation, and general maintenance skills. Located at Sola Galleria in Farmers Branch, TX, the position offers monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and 10 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift heavy items!
- Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!
- Must have general maintenance skills.
- Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
- Must submit to a background check and drug-screen.
