Job Summary
Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, lanes, and parking lots while working with service advisors to track tasks, drive vehicles, and field customer requests. Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed, then remove them before service delivery, and verify cars are ready for return. Clean driveways, sidewalks, and other areas as directed. Provide transportation for customers and remain alert to traffic flow across sales and service lots. Follow all company safety policies, immediately report accidents, and demonstrate behaviors consistent with Company Values. Must be energetic, able to walk fast and stand for 8 hours, hold a valid driver's license, lift 50 pounds, and tolerate harsh weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Energetic and able to walk at a fast pace and stand for 8 hours a day
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 pounds by self more than 50 with assistance
- Ability to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and excessive cold
- Ability and willingness to spend most of the day outdoors
