Job Summary
Greet arriving guests and provide quality customer care while maintaining the hotel's five-star service standard. Park guest vehicles to comply with insurance requirements and ensure all cars are securely stored. Manage daily porter duties including cleaning, luggage handling, and ensuring a professional presentation for all guests. Interact effectively with management, staff, and guests while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Utilize computer literacy and Microsoft systems knowledge for operational tasks. Maintain a well-presented appearance at all times and work as a dedicated team player. Must be over 25 due to insurance, possess one year of hospitality experience, have reliable transport, and be available for 24-hour shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
