Job Summary
Maintain all sales department parking areas and monitor over 200 vehicles across multiple lots to ensure a professional, navigable layout. Check in new vehicles by verifying manifests against VINs, trims, and options, then coordinate parking, front-line placement, and display setups for showrooms and events. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for test drives or customer deliveries while operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely. Operate the automated key tracking system to log, secure, and retrieve keys for sales consultants and support inventory staff with documentation. Inspect and secure all vehicles at day's end, lock gates, and report hazards or discrepancies immediately. Work nights and weekends with a valid driver's license and clean record.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license from a local state and clean driving record
- Good Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
