Assist the Superintendent with repairs, including light electronic work on appliances and fixtures, painting, carpentry, wall board patching, floor maintenance, and plumbing tasks like faucet replacement. Perform general groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and window cleaning. Handle snow removal and unit clean-up as needed. Use a plumber's snake for basic plumbing issues. Climb a 15-foot ladder, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel within the boroughs via public transportation. One to two years of building maintenance experience required. Valid driver's license preferred.
