Job Summary
Conduct daily cleanliness checks of all guest entrances, elevator landings, and the entire garage, including emptying ash urns, sweeping litter, and power-washing stains. Maintain general garage upkeep by removing debris, wiping signage, cleaning equipment, and emptying key receptacles. Perform general landscaping duties, snow removal on ramps and walkways, and assist guests with directions, lock-outs, flat tires, and lost vehicle assistance. Provide information on surrounding areas and attractions while protecting guest confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have valid Driver's license
- Must be able to read and write Standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
