Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of assigned Legends areas at Raymond James Stadium, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and pressure washing floors, mats, and trash bins. Gather and empty trash, break down boxes, and polish equipment. Prepare cleaning solutions per Ecolab specifications and clean grills, coolers, walls, and office spaces. Assist with popcorn production, distribution, and uniform laundering. Fill dishwasher roles in premium pantries and main kitchens during NFL games, handling set-up and break-down duties. Move equipment and supplies manually or via hand trucks. Notify managers of major repairs and ensure all safety standards and alcohol service guidelines are met. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting, with a focus on attention to details
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
