Walk the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas and amenities clean and presentable. Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and maintain organized storage areas. Assist the service team with minor requests and the turn process as needed, while changing locks in accordance with property policy and ensuring pool gates function and meet code requirements. Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, perform general cleaning, and assist with painting curbs and signage. Participate in safety meetings and follow all OSHA and safety requirements. Weekend availability is needed as required. No prior experience is necessary; we will train the right person.
