Job Summary
Wash and clean vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers, shuttle customers to and from the dealership safely, and move and park vehicles within the lot to maintain organization. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This role involves regular exposure to outdoor weather and moving vehicles, with physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. Starting pay ranges from $15 - $16 hourly, and eligible employees may receive a discretionary performance-based bonus based on key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
