Job Summary
Looking for bright, energetic porters to maintain cleanliness at affordable housing locations. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing various surfaces, rooms, and fixtures; performing minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs; managing waste, and maintaining both interior and exterior areas. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in maintenance preferred, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. This is a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
