Job Summary
Porters are responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within the housing development, including rooms, hallways, and common areas. Tasks include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Additional duties encompass checking and emptying wastebaskets, cleaning vacant apartments, managing compactor services, replenishing supplies, and performing seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with some related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
