Job Summary
The Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the facility including sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping floors, dusting furniture, emptying trash containers, cleaning restrooms, and wiping down glass surfaces. This position requires physical ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and involves frequent standing, moving, and bending. Candidates should be courteous, have the ability to follow directions, and work as a team. English speaking skills are beneficial but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in the porter or janitorial field is a plus
- Previous job references are required
- Availability to work nights, weekend and/or holidays may be required
