Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance duties including trash removal, pet waste cleanup, apartment trashing, light painting, and housekeeping tasks. Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts while performing outdoor landscaping, weeding, and planting. Maintain community cleanliness and appearance through proactive issue identification and thorough task completion. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to Noon for 20 hours weekly. This physically demanding role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions. Eligible candidates may earn a $500 stay bonus after 90 days.

- This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks, frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, using hand tools and operating equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers), operating golf carts/trailers, frequently bending and stooping for planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces, and working in conditions with loud noise levels at times.
- This position also requires working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, humidity).
- The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
