Job Summary
Porter/Gatekeeper for a residential property: responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, lawn and landscape maintenance, irrigation and fountain maintenance, pool/ spa cleaning per manufacturer specs and code, and light repairs as directed. Requires a high school diploma or trade school background and ~1 year of lawn/grounds experience; valid driver's license; ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs; on-call with after-hours/weekend flexibility. Emphasizes safety, professional appearance, and adherence to SOPs and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of experience in some aspect of lawn/grounds maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials
- Record of punctuality and dependability, ability to work with under pressure of deadlines, and schedule flexibility to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary
