Job Summary
Porter/Gatekeeper for a residential property: maintain common areas (indoor/outdoor), perform physical grounds maintenance (lawn, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, debris removal), assist with general maintenance tasks including pool/spa cleaning and equipment maintenance, landscaping, seasonal plantings, tree/shrub work, irrigation and fountain upkeep, safety procedures, and snow removal as needed. Requires a high school diploma or trade school, one year of related experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and flexibility for after-hours/weekend work. On-site property location with part-time schedule; training and adherence to SOPs/OSHA standards. Equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of experience in some aspect of lawn/grounds maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials
- Record of punctuality and dependability, ability to work with under pressure of deadlines, and schedule flexibility to accommodate after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary
