Job Summary
Porter/Custodian role performing cleaning of floors, bathrooms, windows, and common areas for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping/buffing/waxing floors, dusting ceilings and fixtures, sanitizing bathrooms, emptying trash, reporting breakages and supply needs, and assisting building management with projects. Part-time schedule is 8:00 am–12:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in Sacramento, CA. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, experience with cleaning products/equipment, and ability to work both in a team and independently. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Experience in similar cleaning roles using cleaning products and equipment
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
