Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, mop, strip, buff, and wax floors of various types. Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture. Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Empty trash cans and wash windows. Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages or needed repairs. Assist building management with all projects and duties as requested. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 11:00am at a rate of $21.00/hr in Milpitas, CA. Must be willing to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds or more. High school diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
