Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming visitors, escorting luggage to rooms, and managing secure storage for mail and special deliveries. Safely valet guest vehicles and assist with transport arrangements while maintaining cleanliness standards in the lobby and baggage areas. Provide personalized local recommendations for attractions, dining, and events to support arrivals, departures, and VIP requests. Attend daily briefings, communicate effectively with team members and leaders, and report hazards or maintenance issues in accordance with workplace safety procedures. Complete ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth departmental operations. Requires a valid Victorian driver's licence, ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends, and commitment to high grooming standards.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Victorian driver's licence and confidence driving a variety of guest vehicles
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts where required
- You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, perform physical duties, and safely lift, push, and pull luggage and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining high grooming and presentation standards
- A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic computer skills
