Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, grounds, breezeways, and individual units. Collect trash, assist with furniture placement, and remove snow or spread salt during inclement weather. Perform pool maintenance and light maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. This part-time role supports the Campus team's mission to provide superior housing for college students since 1958, offering growth opportunities, diversity, and a fun-loving environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
