Job Summary
Conduct daily cleanings of building common areas, hallways, stairs, and apartment spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Perform vacant unit cleanings for move-ins and touch-up services for new residents, while removing trash from special projects and clearing debris from sidewalks. Assist with maintenance installations as needed and report leaks and damage at buildings. Maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport tools and materials across the Valley, Newhall, and LA areas. This entry-level role offers training opportunities to advance into technician, painter, plumber, or HVAC positions.
Required Qualifications
