Job Summary
Perform routine and detailed cleaning of assigned buildings, including common areas, restrooms, offices, and exterior spaces, while ensuring all areas meet company and client cleanliness standards. Transport materials, equipment, documents, and supplies between multiple sites, coordinating timely movement to support field teams and management needs. Act as a liaison between field operations, property management, and executive teams to communicate updates, issues, and requests clearly. Maintain logs of deliveries, site visits, and completed work, and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages immediately. This union role requires a valid commercial driver's license, ability to travel daily, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily
- 1-3 years previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Commercial Driver's License( CDL)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
