Job Summary
The Porter supports daily operations in the collision center by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and handling vehicle movement between the lot, shop, paint area, and delivery zones. Responsibilities include lot organization, vehicle intake/prep, light cleaning, debris removal, assisting technicians with tasks (parts pickup, vehicle positioning), basic vehicle checks (battery jump-starts, fuel levels, tire pressure), washing vehicles as needed, and maintaining customer-facing areas. Emphasizes safety procedures and environmental guidelines; offers team-oriented culture with training, certifications (I-CAR Gold, OEM), and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
