Job Summary
The Porter supports property upkeep and staff in maintaining curb appeal and safe, clean common areas across the property. Responsibilities include cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks (pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing), reporting unsafe conditions or damage, trash and waste management (trash rooms, bins, recycling, pet waste stations), stocking amenities, operating related equipment (trash compactors, baler, dumpster caddy), assisting with make-readies and trash-outs, maintaining storage areas and exterior lighting, and performing painting duties as assigned. The role requires high school diploma or GED and customer service/housekeeping/janitorial experience is preferred; company policies and safety guidelines (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing) must be followed.
