Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; strip, buff, and wax flooring surfaces. Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Empty trash cans and wash windows. Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages or needed repairs. Assist building management with projects and other requested duties. Work on-call rotation in cities including Fremont, Menlo Park, and San Jose. Full-time staff earn $29/hour with medical, dental, vision, and 401K match benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
