Provide courteous, efficient customer service to residents, handling issues effectively while delivering notices and reporting unusual circumstances. Maintain the physical appearance of buildings and grounds as assigned, including preparation of vacant units, moving heavy equipment like dumpsters, and managing inventory of supplies and equipment. Operate within OSHA standards, company policies, and Fair Housing rules while completing assigned training and attending staff meetings. Work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule of two hours per day for ten hours per week. Earn $18-20 per hour as part of a full-time benefit-eligible position at Bader, one of Minnesota's largest locally owned property management firms.
