Job Summary
Porter position at a Bronx property. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas and vacant apartments, maintaining exterior areas, collecting and sorting trash, salting and shoveling snow during inclement weather, and performing minor handy work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-up jobs. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of porter or building-cleaning experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and availability to work weekends, overnights, and/or overtime. Required Qualifications

- One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
- Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
