Porter cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy and maintains property common areas, office, models, and exterior spaces. Reports maintenance needs to supervisors, assists with inventory, follows safety guidelines, and delivers world-class customer service to residents. Regular travel between properties is required; duties include cleaning business offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, driveways, parking lots, and other public areas, and ensuring overall exterior image of the property.
