Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments while picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for stores. Maintain organized inventory storage, operate warehouse equipment safely, and deliver products to locations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and follow all safety guidelines. Work extended shifts standing for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and adhere to TSA background check requirements. Valid driver's license and ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds
- Position requires occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- Position requires repetitive hand and wrist motion
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a warehouse clerk, stocker, crew member, picker, delivery driver, team member, or logistics associate
