Porter

Porter responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow across the kitchen, service, and storage areas. Supports the BOH team with basic tasks, ensures storage areas are clean and compliant with health standards, and handles duties such as washing dishes, stocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and assisting with opening/closing cleaning. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented; flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
