Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow across the kitchen, service, and storage areas. Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware promptly; replenish stock in the kitchen and on the floor. Assist with trash removal, receive and store deliveries, and restock paper goods and cleaning materials. Support the Kitchen Leader and BOH staff with basic prep tasks, including carrying supplies and organizing storage. Perform opening and closing cleaning duties while following all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina, lifting up to 50 lbs, and extended standing. Flexible availability includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
