Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow across the kitchen, service, and storage areas. Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware promptly; replenish stock in the kitchen and on the floor. Assist with trash removal, receive and store deliveries, and restock paper goods and cleaning materials. Support the Kitchen Leader and BOH staff with basic prep tasks and opening/closing duties. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines while performing additional ad hoc projects. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending.)
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
- A strong sense of urgency is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or bakery environment preferred but not required.
