Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, while keeping the property free of trash and debris. Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces; clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas. Maintain dumpster and trash areas and assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
