Maintain the exterior image and keep the property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting grounds daily and removing trash. Clean mail rooms, replace lightbulbs in common areas, swap first-floor window screens, and perform light painting duties. Assist with apartment make-readies by vacating units, caulking, checking appliances, and cleaning air conditioning vents. Install, move, and hook up appliances while replacing air filters in occupied units and cleaning vacant apartments between residents. Support the Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested. Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly, be on-call for after-hours emergencies, and hold a valid driver's license if required. This role is part of Willow Bridge Property Company's on-site management team.
