Job Summary
Porter/Maintenance at Culver’s responsible for keeping restaurants and equipment in top condition to support a smooth dining experience. Duties include coordinating opening tasks with the team, performing scheduled and proactive maintenance on restaurant equipment, maintaining interior/exterior areas and landscaping, stock rotation and quality control (including shelf life and dates), and ensuring the building and grounds look presentable. The role requires routine manual tasks, lifting up to 75 pounds, and strong teamwork and communication. On-the-job training, uniforms, meal discounts, and career development opportunities are offered. This is a full-time position located in Warsaw, IN.
