Job Summary
Porter responsibilities include loading, operating, and unloading the dish machine safely and efficiently; keeping the dish machine, sinks, and related areas clean; washing and storing kitchenware; maintaining cleaning supplies and labels; handling chemicals properly; assisting with basic food preparation as per checklists; and completing opening, mid, and closing procedures along with daily side work, all while helping maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
