Porter / Lot Attendant

Greet customers on the drive and move vehicles through the lot to ensure efficient traffic flow and customer convenience. Install seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and tags in all service vehicles, then drive them to their proper parking spots. Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for damage or stains, recording findings on repair orders and cleaning debris immediately. Deliver keys and hard copies to customers as instructed, retrieve paid vehicles from the lot, and remove installed accessories before returning completed cars. Maintain the parking lot in a neat, organized manner, lock all vehicles, and perform general janitorial duties and limited grounds maintenance. Requires a valid driver's license with CDL and passenger endorsement.
