Job Summary
Move, park, and retrieve customer and company vehicles safely within the facility grounds. Wash, clean, and vacuum vehicles to maintain a professional appearance before repair or delivery. Transport vehicles to designated areas while inspecting incoming and outgoing cars for damage and documenting conditions. Support technicians and parts staff by delivering tools and materials as needed. Keep the shop, parking areas, and common spaces clean and organized to promote safety and productivity. Adhere to all company safety procedures and best practices to prevent accidents. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and maintain smooth daily operations. Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6 months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- Ability to do consistent physical activity such as reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting
- ability to lift over 50 lbs
