Job Summary
The Porter is responsible for upkeep of grounds, exterior of buildings and common areas of a multi-family residential community, including trash removal, pool maintenance, landscaping, cleaning of shared spaces, ensuring curb appeal, and assisting in maintenance tasks as directed. Duties include inspecting grounds, cleaning mailboxes, watering plants, maintaining pool records, handling trash, posting communications, and supporting events and turn procedures. Requires outdoor work, on-call hours, and ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds; HS diploma preferred and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and perform groundskeeping tasks safely
- Reliable transportation due to on-call requirement
- Groundskeeping/maintenance experience preferred
