Entry-level Porter role in Article Student Living's maintenance team. Responsibilities include daily on-site trash collection, supporting the maintenance team, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and suggesting property improvements. Requires customer service focus and being a true team player. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and works with other maintenance and property staff.
