Job Summary
Porter/Janitors needed to clean and maintain residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors; stripping, buffing and waxing floors; dusting ceilings, fittings, and fixtures; scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens; emptying trash; washing and drying windows; requesting cleaning supplies; reporting breakages and repairs; and assisting building management with projects. Emphasis on providing a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, work well in a team or independently, and communicate clearly. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Full-time benefits available including medical/dental/vision and 401K eligibility.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in cleaning roles using cleaning products and equipment
