Job Summary
Porter needed to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential community in Las Vegas. responsibilities include walking the property to remove trash and debris, cleaning walkways, parking areas, and common areas, assisting maintenance with light tasks (changing light bulbs, painting touch ups, lock changes), aiding unit-turn preparation with basic cleaning or minor repairs, distributing resident notices, reporting safety hazards, and keeping equipment organized. Strong emphasis on outdoor work, physical activity, attention to detail, reliability, and good communication with residents and team members. Required Qualifications
