Job Summary
Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, caring manner, delivering luggage to rooms efficiently and escorting guests to familiarize them with hotel services and facilities. Collect luggage from rooms and store it securely, while maintaining visibility in the lobby entrance and offering assistance to guests carrying their own bags. Monitor entrance areas, car parks, and emergency exits for cleanliness and accessibility, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet service standards. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the luggage storage room.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible for a working permit in Malta
- Worked in the service industry
- Has logistical knowledge
- English – good oral and written skills
- Good physical conditions
- Positive and outgoing
- Good welcoming/communication skills
- Has knowledge about Microsoft Office Applications
- Valet Service Application
