Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and outdoor spaces. Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure a pristine environment. Ensure community outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and landscaped spaces, are well-kept, safe, and visually appealing by removing debris and monitoring for hazards. Regularly inspect and clean community amenities such as the fitness center, pool, and lounges, ensuring they are well-stocked and ready for use. Account for inventory management of grounds supplies and equipment. Assist maintenance and management teams with light repairs, deliveries, or event preparations, and proactively communicate observed needs or resident concerns. Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents and guests by answering questions and addressing immediate concerns. Requires minimum 2 years of high-touch exterior cleanliness experience and Fair Housing Certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
