Job Summary
Porter (Janitorial) at Culver’s responsible for interior and exterior facilities tasks and inventory management to support smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities include enforcing sanitation and food safety practices, inspecting the restaurant after closing, completing daily/weekly/monthly tasks, maintaining building appearance (interior, exterior, grounds), coordinating duties with opening team members, rotating stock using FIFO, taking temperatures of foods upon delivery and documenting as required, basic operation knowledge of restaurant equipment, completing scheduled equipment maintenance, reporting issues to the General Manager, and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Requires strong communication, the ability to work independently and with a team, attention to detail, and minimum one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience maintaining equipment and/or machinery, and/or maintaining indoor/outdoor spaces
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while working independently and with a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
