Porter/ Houskeeper

Assist room attendants with housekeeping and cleaning services in assigned guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, banquet areas, restrooms, corridors, and elevators. Collect soiled linen for laundering, assemble, sort, and deliver clean linen and supplies while refilling pantry stock. Remove trash, transport waste to disposal areas, and carry linens, towels, toiletry items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax and polish surfaces. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Maintain appropriate security for guest belongings and remain attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and employees. Achieve required standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care to create a warm, friendly, comfortable, and luxury environment.
