Job Summary
Porter needed at HELP USA shelter program to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping areas, bathrooms, offices, windows, floors, and grounds; garbage/trash removal; painting; landscaping; snow removal; minor repairs; and other maintenance-related tasks. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and operate small machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience. Beneficial but not required: maintenance experience and knowledge of wiring, boilers, and plumbing.
