Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and ensure a safe, pleasant environment. Perform custodial and cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal, and floor care (buffing, waxing, polishing). Assist with work orders, inspections, and preparation of physical audits. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies; support maintenance tasks as needed and participate in training/certifications. Ability to work overtime and cover vacations; operate a tablet and use Outlook for communications. Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma or GED; strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or custodial services
- Great customer service/communication skills
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Must be able to operate a tablet and email notifications via Outlook
- Must be on call on winter months for snow removal
